Phone cameras struggle in low light and behind plastic. Take the card out of the box, hold it flat, and try again — or type the code by hand.
Type the codeThe code is not found
Almost always a typo: 0 and O look the same on a small card, and so do 1 and I. Read it once more before writing to us.
Someone already named it
A falcon keeps its first name — that is on purpose. If a shop or a sibling named yours by mistake, tell us the code and we will look at it.
